What it is
Dell’s partner take on the GB10 Superchip: 20 Arm cores (10× Cortex-X925 + 10× Cortex-A725), Blackwell GPU with 6,144 CUDA cores, 128GB coherent LPDDR5X at 273 GB/s, 1–4 TB M.2 Gen4, 10GbE, dual 200G QSFP (ConnectX-7), Wi-Fi 7, HDMI 2.1, four USB-C (one PD-in), and a 280W USB-C adapter. Ships with NVIDIA DGX OS 7 (Ubuntu-based) and the CUDA/NGC stack. Footprint matches the Spark: 150 × 150 × ~51 mm, ~1.31 kg. Two units can be linked over the QSFP ports for roughly double the memory pool.
Who it is for
CUDA people who already buy through Dell, need enterprise support options or TAA-friendly procurement, and want 128GB unified memory on a desk without chasing the NVIDIA Founders Edition or another partner SKU. Wrong if you just want the cheapest GB10 cube or a Windows-first box.
What it actually runs
Comfortable: 20B–70B dense and most 120B-class MoE models, same capacity story as Spark.
Possible: larger models when two units are paired (~256GB coherent). Quantized 200B-class fits on one unit depending on context.
Not the win: beating a discrete 32GB card on tokens-per-second for anything that already fits in VRAM. Bandwidth is 273 GB/s; capacity is the product.
Standout details
Price snapshot Sep 2026: Dell US cart shows base-ish configs historically near $3,999–$4,700 and configured 4TB builds in the $8,000 range. Official list has floated around $6,300 MSRP in Dell materials. Confirm the exact SKU and support options before checkout—prices move with memory and storage.
Same GB10 silicon and 273 GB/s ceiling as the NVIDIA DGX Spark and ASUS Ascent GX10. Buy this for Dell channel, support contracts, or procurement rules, not new silicon.
Memory is soldered. Storage is a single M.2 slot (1–4 TB options). No upgrade path beyond a second box.
DGX OS and the NVIDIA developer stack ship ready. Windows is not the path.
Honest verdict
Buy the Dell Pro Max with GB10 if Dell support, channel, or TAA matters and you need the GB10 128GB capacity tier. Skip it if a cheaper Spark or GX10 SKU is available and you do not need the Dell invoice. Same silicon, same bandwidth limiter. Side-by-side class: Spark / GX10.
